Are there any additional fees beyond the listed price?
Our published prices cover the services listed in each package. Additional work outside the package scope, such as court representation or complex litigation, is quoted separately after an initial assessment.
Do you offer refunds if I'm not satisfied?
If a scheduled consultation is cancelled with at least 24 hours notice, we offer a full refund or rescheduling option. For monthly plans, unused sessions do not carry over but you may cancel before the next billing cycle.
How do monthly packages work?
Monthly packages such as Business Pro and Enterprise renew automatically and include a set number of consultations and document reviews each month. Any unused document review allowances reset at the start of each new cycle.
Do you work with businesses outside Port Said?
